LHI is a local, family-owned, home improvement business founded by Slava Abramov in 1998. We have proudly served residential and commercial business customers throughout the
Philadelphia and surrounding areas for more than 20 years. LHI was founded on the premise that residential and commercial business owners have strong demand for professionals who
have a passion for what they do and are focused on delighting the customer with superior results.

A special thank you to Serge. He comunicated with me and my husband the entire way and finished a complete home remodel on time and on budget. Every single person that worked on our new home was very pleasant and courteous. Most of all, it was easy to see that all of their guys were true professionals.

LHI did a really great job on our master bathroom renovation in Exton!
This was a full bathroom renovation project: full demolition and removal of anything and everything in the master bathroom (including huge jacuzzi tub and old shower), prepping walls and floors after the demolition, installing tile on the floors, walls and in the shower - including beautiful accent wall; all plumbing, electrical and painting work, then installing new vanities, free-standing tub, tub filler, shower fixtures and toilet; and finishing up with mirrors and vanity lights. Everything was completed to our full satisfaction and on-time; We absolutely love the results and highly recommend LHI for all your home remodeling needs!

LHI painted our entire first floor after we moved into our new house, and years later it still looks great. The amount of time spent on prep and priming made it clear they were conscientious about final quality. We had a few accent areas, and in the corners and along the cornices where the two colors meet, the color lines are straight and clean. We would definitely use LHI again.
