Next, we remove any wall hangings, curtains, and cover all furniture to ensure perfectly clean results, so that all surfaces can be professionally prepared, allowing us to deliver a seamless, consistent and meticulous result. Application materials used and proper surface preparation are critical in order to maximize the aesthetic result, quality and longevity of the paint finish. For this reason, top of the line sheepskin rollers and horsehair brushes are used to guarantee the highest quality outcome.  

Additionally, our proprietary Festool technology allows us to use orbital sanding equipment that is connected to a state of the art, one of a kind HEPA certified vacuum system. This ensures each project will be completed with minimal dust, while sanding surfaces to their ultimate smoothness prior to painting. The extraordinary results LHI Painting delivers are not possible using traditional means.     

LHI Painting also has specialty artists on staff that can work with you, or your interior decorator, to deliver children’s rooms, themed rooms, faux finishes, specialty textures.
